ʾAhl al-Ḥadīth

We are a dedicated digital library for the preservation, study, and teaching of the creed, law, and legacy of al-ʾAhl al-Ḥadīth, built upon the authority and manhaj of al-ʾImām Mālik ibn ʾAnas— رحمة الله — ʾImām Dāru-l-Hijrah, ʿAlimu-l-Madīnah, and the most trusted ʾimām of ḥadīth and Sunnah.

This project follows his madhab, his reverence for transmitted knowledge and his uncompromising tanzīh. Our standard is his standard; our measure is his measure.

This means standing upon the ʿaqīdah upheld by the ʾaʾimmah who were on his path — the mufawwiḍ orientation of the early generations and the articulation of the ʾAs͟hʿarī ʿulamāʾ, who preserved tanzīh without distortion and upheld the transcendence of Allāh عز وجل without resembling Him to His creation.

Our purpose is to bring the reader into contact with the clarity of the Salaf, the discipline of the people of ḥadīth, and the structured fiqh of al-Madīnah.
